Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Simply fill out the return form on the invoice included with your order and send the package by surface mail to:

We make every attempt to have all items in stock. However, in the event an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible by Surface. We are not able to back order an item that sells for less than $50.
Canadian Duty, Taxes and Brokerage
When you place an order with United Outdoor Supply, you authorize our custom broker to act as your agent with Customs and Revenue Canada to clear merchandise and process all duties and taxes. We will expedite delivery through Customs by collecting all taxes, duty and brokerage charges in advance. Returns: In returning merchandise to our appointed Canadian address, you are authorizing our broker to file a claim for duties and taxes with Revenue Canada and receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds. This allows United Outdoor Supply to refund all duties and taxes quickly and directly to you, Our Customer.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders.
